Review of previous meeting minutes:
Minutes from the 19 SEP 2023 meetings were reviewed. Lance Wang moved to
approve the minutes. Bob Ross seconded. Without objection the minutes were
approved.


Call for opens:
   none


AR review:
 - Bob Ross send Parser Agreement to Atul Agarwal for a quote
   done
 - Lance Wang make fixes to the Quality Specification uploads that we discussed
   done
 - Weston Beal to start adding IQ4 tests and automation in the document

   The group discussed the possibility of updating a presentation that Randy 
   gave at DesignCon 2010 IBIS summit describing how to use the quality 
   checklist spreadsheet. 


New ARs:
 - Randy will search for the original powerpoint file that Weston can update 
   for the specification version 3.0.


Discussion:
a. Review IBISCHK7.2.1 Parser Agreement quote, if available
   nothing to discuss on this topic since we are waiting for a reply from Atul.
b. Review Quality Specification directory changes
   Weston noted that there are 2 documents (QUAILs) describing technical 
   errors in the quality specification. The group decided to keep these and 
   remember to address them in the near future with other feedback to correct 
   or enhance the specification text.
